Unico is a privately held company founded in 1967 with headquarters in Franksville, Wisconsin. Unico develops, manufactures, and services drive products and systems for the global motion-control market. Unico operations are now located in Canada, Venezuela, England, Germany, China, and Japan in addition to those in the United States. Unico focuses on application-engineered drive products and multiaxis integrated drive systems for a variety of industries. Principle market segments include metal processing, metalforming, paper converting, oil and gas, test stands, water and waste, crane and hoist, and building automation. Unico drive products incorporate application-specific features and functions not found in general-purpose drive products.
